Is there a membership fee and how long is the membership for?
Yes, you make an investment to become a member. There are annual and monthly membership rates, please visit our membership page for more details.
Can I invite women in leadership into S.W.A.N. to apply for membership?
Yes, we encourage it! If you know of women who you believe would fit with our mission, goals, and values, please invite them to apply. Two great things happen – their application fee is waived and you get credits towards your S.W.A.N. account. However, please note that we do go through a process of selection and not everyone is guaranteed entry.
Are there different levels of memberships?

Is there an application fee?
There is a $15 administrative fee. However, if you are accepted into S.W.A.N., your administrative fee will be applied to your membership. In addition, if you are invited into the organization, your administrative fee will be waived.

Are the fees refundable?
All fees are nonrefundable; however, administrative fees will be applied to membership fees for all accepted members. Additionally, administrative fees are waived for invited members and renewal fees are reduced for all members.
What are the accepted payment methods?

Is there a discount for women that are invited into S.W.A.N.?

What to expect from Swan Sessions?
If “mastermind” and “how I built this” had a baby it would be Swan Sessions! Our meetings are centered around strategy. We embrace the practice of strategically directing one’s own future as women in high level roles, with the help of others who may have already been there. We determine, dissect, and dissolve problems strategically using our A.I.M. framework. And by the end of the meeting, you should have clarity or resolution.
Where are Swan Sessions held?
They are virtual sessions. However, we also offer in-person sessions in various locations throughout the year.
