Strategic Women Alliance Network SWAN

This is a community of professional women who gather on a regular basis to discuss strategies, share ideas and experiences, mentor, and support one another. Our network is for women in leadership, women entrepreneurs, and women-supporting organizations.

We are unapologetic and fierce in our pursuits.

We are women of diverse backgrounds that are coming together to support, learn, and empower one another. We use our experiences as tools to inspire others and create impactful strategies to move forward. Like swans, we are graceful, majestic, and moving with intention.

Who Should Apply?

 

Eligibility Requirements for Applicants

  • You display a dedication to fostering the growth of a group of female elites who will support each other, change lives, and advance transformation.

 

Entrepreneurs / Business Owners:  (Requirement Adjusted based on Region) : 

  • The annual gross revenue exceeds six figures (US Companies)
  • In business 3 years or more

 

Career Professionals & Leaders: 

  • Well-established career with at least 10 years of combined experience
  • Your annual gross salary must exceed six figures.
  • Experienced Managing people for 2 or more years and/ or Experienced in leadership roles for 2 or more years

Savvy Solution-based SWAN Sessions

The Strategic Women Alliance Networks Sessions (Swan Sessions) were developed with the simple goal in mind – to create a safe space for women in leadership roles to ask for help and be willing to help others as well. Using our A.I.M. framework, we meet virtually, discuss issues, share our experience, gain knowledge, get or give recommendations in an “how she did it format” and leave with a clearer mindset.

Sydonie Neysmith established the Strategic Women Alliance Network (S.W.A.N.) with the intention of creating a space for women to come together and strategize about moving up or out of their roles as women in business and leadership. This safe space would provide members with the tools and resilience they needed to engage, collaborate, and take intentional action as members of a global community. Sydonie is committed to sharing her positioning strategies and mastery, as well as fostering a culture-rich environment of women who band together in pursuit of success.
